Our people

We operate a Client Partner system to ensure that you have one main point of contact with the Firm. Your Client Partner will be identified in our Letter of Engagement or Service Level Agreement and will have overall responsibility for our relationship with you.

The Client Partner may be different from the person who is acting for you on a day to day basis. If so the name and qualifications of the person or persons dealing with your work will be confirmed. We try to avoid changing the people who handle your work but if this cannot be avoided (for example, holiday leave or illness); we will tell you promptly of any change and the name of the person who will then be handling your work.
We regard our staff as a core element of our business. Our staff are made up of both legal and non legal specialists. They are highly motivated and technically proficient.

Our Legal Staff are supported by a team of management specialists including a Practice Manager, Accounts and Finance Manager and Information Technology and Communications Manager.
